How you pay the £300:

How you pay the £30/month:
• Direct Debit (GoCardless) — Same as your phone bill or gym membership. Set it up once, it automatically takes £30 from your bank each month. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice.

✅ Option 2: Spread Over 12 Months

Example (Starter package): No big lump sum. First payment of £61 when your site goes live, then £61/month for 11 more months (12 months total). Covers website build + hosting + support. After 12 months, drops to £30/month ongoing.

How you pay:
• Direct Debit (GoCardless) — Set it up once, first £61 comes out when your site is ready, then automatically takes £61 each month for 12 months total, then £30/month after that. Spreads the cost like a phone contract — no big upfront lump sum.

💡 Heads up: spreading the cost means you pay a little more overall (£732 vs £660 for Starter) — roughly £72 extra across the year. The trade-off is no big upfront payment and you're live from day one.

🤔 What's Direct Debit (GoCardless)?

It's like what you already use for your phone bill, council tax, or gym membership. You give permission once, and the payment automatically comes out of your bank account each month. You can cancel it anytime from your online banking, and it's covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee (full refund protection if anything goes wrong).

💳 What's Stripe?

It's how you pay by card online — same as Amazon, eBay, or any online shop. I send you a secure payment link, you enter your debit/credit card details, and it's done. Simple as that.
